繡名指示：此款式屬訂製款式。請在下單後，在確認貨品數量時，在「Add special instructions for your order」中寫上要繡的名字。
Name embroidery instruction：After pressing "Check Out", please enter the name for embroidery under the "Add special instructions for your order" column. Embroider name : maximum 4 Chinese letters or 12 English letters.Language : Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and French.
繡名不穿底。如名字較短，字體較大；名字較長，則字體較小，整體以高度為準。最多繡4個中文字或12個英文字，可中英夾雜。 繡名名字可為中、英、日、韓、法等大部份文字，只能繡上名字且不能含有政治敏感詞或粗言穢言。
請選擇花布及在付款前填寫你選擇的淨色布的顏色，

- 繡名除非是我們繡錯名字，如非錯字例如牽涉字型本身好看與否的問題，由於我們無法修改字型，恕不負責。
- 裡布或底布有機會採用質料相類顏色不同的質料。
- 背囊前扣或活動防走失帶等所有扣和接駁，均有可能因來貨供應問題影響而用上不同顏色或物料製作。如客人對顏色或物料有高度要求，請先聯絡客戶服務員查詢。
- 每部電腦螢光幕顯示的顏色均有所不同，顏色極有可能與實物出現差距。
- 如不同意上述須知，請勿下單，訂單一經付款確認即屬同意我們所有條款，出貨後恕不負責，懇請見諒。

- All products are handmade. All products may have a deviation of no more than 1cm.
- No chemicals or fabric enhancers are used in the production process. As a result, products may have a few wrinkles.
- Fabric patterns are not evenly printed. Collocation of fabric pattern or the color may differ from one to another . The collocation of the pattern cannot be guaranteed.
- A different inner and bottom fabric layer of similar material may be used according to fabric supply.
- The color and material of all buckles cannot be guaranteed. Should you have any inquiries, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
- Colors shown in product photos may deviate from the actual product due to differences in computer monitor resolution.
- Neither exchange nor refund would be granted, unless the product is faulty due to mistakes made during production processes.
- Since no return nor exchange would be granted, measurements should be made before placing any order. In case of gift purchasing, please contact our customer services team for further assistance.
