繡名不穿底。如名字較短，字體較大；名字較長，則字體較小，整體以高度為準。最多繡4個中文字或12個英文字，可中英夾雜。 繡名名字可為中、英、日、韓、法等大部份文字，只能繡上名字且不能含有政治敏感詞或粗言穢言。

- 每件貨品均為人手製造，每件貨品尺寸可能有不多於1cm差別。

- 我們製作的過程沒有使用任何化學品包括沒有利用噴劑令布料筆直亮麗，故貨品會可能會有皺摺。
- 面料布料花紋並非均等印製，成品印花顏色及排位或會不一，不設指定花紋排位。
- 裡布或底布有機會採用質料相類顏色不同的質料。
- 每部電腦螢光幕顯示的顏色均有所不同，顏色極有可能與實物出現差距。
- 所有貨品屬逐件製作的訂造品，除非是我們出錯貨、繡錯字等，可申請換貨或退款外，其餘一律恕不提供退款、退換或退貨。
- 由於不設退換，貨品尺寸、詳情等資料已詳列在網站，如先量度尺寸後才購買，如送禮給朋友，請先聯絡客戶服務員查詢。

- Fabric: 100% Cotton
-All products are handmade. Each product might have a deviation of no less than 1cm.
- No chemicals are used in the production process which makes the fabric shinier, as a result, products might have a few wrinkles.
- The pattern of the fabric is not evenly printed. Therefore, the collocation of the pattern or the color might be different. The collocation of the pattern cannot be guaranteed.
-The inner fabric or the bottom fabric of similar material with different color might be used.
- Since computer monitors’ might portray our product photos in a different way due to the difference of the resolution. Therefore, the color in the product photo might be different with the actual product.
- Neither exchange nor refund would be granted unless the product is faulty due to the mistakes made during production processes.
- Since no return nor exchange would be granted, measurement should be made before placing any order. In case of gift purchasing, please contact our customer services team for further assistances.
